1. BAD SERVICE. Network Coverage in my adress working, cant say good working, but usable working only from Midnight till around 6AM. Rest time network connecting and dowload some data every 45-60 second. 1min need to wait for loading just simply www.google.com. For website with photos  and some grafic need to wait 2-3min or not loaded and need to refresh and staring again. Voice calls are same worthless like DATA hard to understand.

2.  FALSE ADVERTISING. WIFI Coverage BOOST.

https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/manage-use/using-phone-features/how-do-i-access-wifi-coverage-boost#art...

On above website you offering and promise great feature:

'If you're an EE pay as you go customer with a WiFi-enabled device, you can get WiFi on the London Underground and in 150,000 locations across the UK if you've topped up your account with at least £5 within the last 30 days. You'll need to text WiFi to 150 to get set up.'

WiFi command to 150 don't exist.  on the bottom on same website we can see next disinformation.

'See ee.co.uk/wificoverageboost for more information.  Fair usage policies apply.

This website don't exist aswell, but im not suprised. You can use this link or write manually in Browser window anyway change direction to https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/fix-problem. There is zero information about WIFI coverage BOOST, but i not suprised. And now time for creme de la creme.

3. SCAM PRACTICES

Network like EE which selling millions iPhones should now that, its impossible create two Apple IDs using one phone number. I bought new phone, then I bought EE brand new starter pack, then I paid £20 for top up after that I tried create Apple ID, but it's impossible because your company EE is greedy and dodgy because after some period of time inactivity phone number, selling same phone number like brand new. In this times where everywhere to register need phone number. This is dodgy and scandal because you very good know about it and still scam people, You need too now some amount of people will have problems after your practices. Now i cant create Apple ID on this device, because was too many attempts to create Apple ID allowed in one year period.  Its Iconscious violation of consumer interests and misleading the consumer for WIFI coverage BOOST.

will ask solicitors what next, because I have too much loses in money, nerves etc from dodgy, greedy companies like yours. Too many times it's happening. Now sorry and refund not solve the problem. Enough

Hi @zurging

1. You can check coverage and network issues here: https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status

EE does not and cannot guarantee coverage everywhere and is subject to many outside influencers such was building coverage, network congestion etc. this is the same for ALL networks.

2. This coverage is in select "hand picked locations" and the underground as it says later on the same page. If you consider the whole of the UK that is not as many locations as you think. You need to set up a profile as it says on the same page to connect to the service. The link is wrong as you have stated.

3. ALL networks recycle numbers this is not limited to EE.

Lastly, you can make a complaint here: https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/complaint

Thanks

@zurging  It’s also not EEs fault someone created an apple account and then didn’t delete that account when they give up this number so removing that number from any Apple ID.
