Hi placed an online order and was asked to call so I did and placed order.received confirmation and when trying to track its saying can’t track this order type just yet.has the order definitely been accepted?

@Arlene19766 You can not track what’s not been allocated to you yet. You’ve only made an order at present and the product you ordered has to be picked and allocated to you before you can track.
