Feeling scammed…

Hi everyone, I recently popped in a store to get paid off my left over contract. The guy instead tried to keep me in EE by giving a very good offer.  I didn’t have to pay the 6 months of my phone but I had to restart a new contract with new iPhone and  and lower slightly broadband. It supposed to come all together around 92£.

However , I asked him 3 times if the price we agreed would be all together and he said yes . After few weeks(didn’t have bills yet) I popped in again for something else and casually talking the same guys attended me and told me that what we agreed it shouldn’t be possible as 92£ was only the phone. I felt in shock So now I’m stuck with a new very expensive contract and broadband to pay wich I would never agree as it’s not affordable for me. Is there any chance they will help me to fix my new contract terms?

Hi @Sabrina993

Did you not read your contract before agreeing to the new terms.

You'll need to complain here: https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint

Thanks
