Contacted EE on Monday to cancel my SIM card(number ending with 397) as I found a better deal and was told that it would be done in 4-5 days, called them again today to check the status and was told that it's not possible to cancel the sim card and that I have to give a 30 day notice. The app and websites are broken and won't let me login so I can't see the bills or access the chats. Never had these many issues with any other provider.

@ewqrt If this is a contract and you’ve had that contract for over 14 days then the stranded 30 days notice applies as you are billed every 30 days. As for your account access you need to call customer support and request an account reset.

@ewqrt So you cancelled a contract and you didn’t inform customers support you had a change of mind and didn’t want the contract, you have a 14 day cooling off period and depending on how you speak with customer support you are terminating early or having a change of mind.
