When did EE decide that +1519 (Ontario) became part of the US for billing information purposes? Does not affect billings at the moment but could do in the future.001519xxxxxxxUSA (from CAN)

Charged abroad, despite turning off roaming

I was in Rome for a month. I turned off Roaming and used the local internet connection for connection to the internet through my phone and tablet. I didn't make any calls or send texts. And yet I have been charged £57 extra this month., How xan this ...

Payment

I've had a problem from payment. This looks like Application error: client side exception. I had a stroke so I get mixed up and stressed.  I can't use the phone (speaking). Could anyone help please?

Resolved! Charged twice?!

 How come I've been charged twice? I got a new contract out, I've only had it a month and they've charged me £151.20 when should only be £81?
