Hi, I’m currently on a sim only contract. Looking at changing it to sim + phone contract. If I was to upgrade now would I be charged for the contract on my normal date or would I be charged when I receive the device?

@Leanne5202 You’ll be billed around 7 days after getting the device. For it to remain around the same date you can change the billing date once the first payment has been made or you could try and order the new device to try and keep it line with your current billing cycle

If you take out a device credit agreement with us, you will have two Direct Debits set up; one for your plan and one for your device. Both Direct Debit payments will come out of your account on the same date each month.
