I have been with ee and my family for years I asked for a upgrade Friday it was being delivered Saturday dpd driver turned up but I had no pin which apparently was sent to someone else so I rang up which they apologised and said would be sent out Sunday this time I said great I got the pin waiting for the driver which never turned up and on my app it said I refused it then I rang again today to be told I would have to go through all the upgrade process again when my apparently phone is received at ee. Is this service to a long last customer who pays his bill on time.

Hi @Nick7877.

Thanks for coming to the community.

I am sorry to hear you haven't received your upgrade when expected.

If your device is on its way back to the EE warehouse, once it's checked in and scanned, your account will be reverted to how it was before the upgrade. This can take a few days, but you’ll be sent a text to let you know once everything's sorted. After this, you’ll be able to go through the upgrade process again.

If you need any help, please reach out to our Guides.

@Nick7877   The actual delivery attempt or not attempted was by DPD not EE,   So your comment of  “Is this service to a long last customer who pays his bill on time.”   Seems to imply you think EE are at fault.  EE don’t own or operate DPD.
