i orderd a new iphone 16 pro max 1tb  on contract on 6th august i received a email confirmation with order number i have heard nothing since i have tried entering the details in track order and it comes up with nothing i am going on holiday in 5 days and orderd it for this reason for a good camera 

i cannot find the device anywhere in my account either

Have you been able to check your Junk/Spam folder for any emails from EE?

If you give our team a call, they will be able to look up your order and give the latest update on its progress.

now i have received a text message on my main phone saying about using data abroad which is clearly linked to this post i cannot use data on a phone that has not arrived yet so even more confused
