I recently bought this laptop: https://ee.co.uk/products/lenovo-loq-i5-15iax9e-gaming-laptop?size=15.6"&color=color-code-686868&cap...
It's a Lenovo LOQ i5 15IAX9E 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop. In the Features section, it says "Experience lifelike visuals and smooth action with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU with DLSS 3", as well as " NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series Laptop GPUs deliver a quantum leap in performance with AI-powered DLSS 3, enable lifelike virtual worlds with ray tracing, and are thin, light, and quiet thanks to Max-Q technologies." I received my laptop today, and it has a GeForce RTX 2050 GPU. What can I do?

Reject it as "Not as described" under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Someone has brought up this on the community previously - namely the confusion on the product page between details and specs. Under "Learn more" and "Specifications" the accurate spec is listed.
https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Gaming/Product-details-and-specifications-conflicting/td-p/1553895
I would imagine the information you had seen is generic across that range of laptop, with multiple spec options available from Lenovo up to a 4070. It is admittedly unclear if you do not check the Specifications tab to see exactly what is included.
The pricepoint would not line up with a 4070 GPU option, so you have received the correct laptop for the listing, although not what you were expecting.
You will be able to return this to get a refund.

It's still mis-described when it says a Key Feature is "Experience lifelike visuals and smooth action with a NVIDIA® GeForce RTX 4070 GPU with DLSS 3". It's not a feature if it doesn't have it.
All the same if the OP is still within his statutory 14-day from delivery cooling-off period he can return it w/out question. It should be the same as rejecting it under Consumer Rights Act, but he should not have to pay return postage.

Agreed.
The page needs updated, looks to be a copy-paste job gone wrong.
