Can't see my bills or final bill

I left EE to another network over a month ago and now I can't see my bill section of my account to view the final bill, only let's me see my profile. I have no confirmation that my account has been closed either.

"downgrade" my contract

hello,my contract is due in October,  I will not  live in the UK for another year and therefor I want to downgrade my contract.  I do not see any side or any help from EE how to do that.  Anyone can tell me who to call or send an email to? thanks
