I contact the EE support last month because I would like to change my debit direct so the agent told me that was done but this month the payment did not come through again so I have try to contact again the EE support but now they said I have to call to solve the problem!! So I want to make the payment by myself but when I tried now I have to 2 months together (Sep and Oct already) is not making sense for me! If someone can call me or solve the problem for will be nice! Thanks
