What happens if you not informed via email message or letter stating that you are out if contract i am going through this at the moment. i took out a new contract for a different device in store at the same time of my other device ending. i knew my price would go up due to getting the latest phone however the other device is still active and they have been charging me for £53 per month for the last 18mths. this contract was took out in 2022 and can not find contract i have asked for this information and they are refusing me access to my contract saying they only send it once

It sounds as though you have agreed to an Additional Line Agreement as opposed to an Upgrade Agreement in this case.
You would be best speaking to EE Customer Services on 150 about this issue.
