I tried on a numerous occasions to pay my phone bill payment and it kept saying you have problems and to try again later unfortunately I had direct debit payment go out for another bill abd now I will not be able to pay my bill till the 24th I have always payed double my bill each month and never been late before could I please have grace until then as I need my phone on with data at all times thanks and would appreciate if you can work with me and get back to me with a solution

@Caz1110 : If you're having difficulty paying your bill on time you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill
