Hi so i have looked at my first bill and it's saying £59 but when I got the contact they said it would be £74 if my bill correct for the first one or not? Will it go up to 74 every month after ?

No phone line to call out

Hello, I spoke to someone last week regarding an upgrade to simp only and this was agreed it would now cost me £8 per month but u have taken £27 out of my account today?Could you please have a look at this for me. Many thanks Nicola Irish
