Hello. I have been trying to contact EE because I need to make arrangements to pay my bills. I contacted them on Friday and I was on hold for over 30 minutes. There’s an automated message that says within 45 minutes someone will answer my call. I waited very long after this but no one answered. I am calling today and it’s the same thing. I really need to make arrangements to pay my bills. Please could someone help me to do this.

If you would like to make a payment arrangement, you would need to try calling us again on either 150 from your EE phone, or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone, and the the team will certainly see what they can do to help. For more support, please see our Help if you have problems paying your bill, Help page.

@ekangadean1 You can use THIS to make a payment, If you wish to speak with customer support you need to hold, EE don’t control the amount of calls they receive so you’ll need to wait.
