Hi @Stevemax1978

Welcome to the community!

Please visit our helpful View your monthly EE Mobile or EE Broadband bill page for the steps on how to view the breakdown of your bill.

If you'd like to stop any additional charges being incurred on your line, you can add restrictions. If you have multiple lines on your account you'd need to do this from all lines.

For example text BAR to 150 to stop any 3rd party charges.
And ADD SPEND CAP to block being able to go over any inclusive allowance.

Have a look at Text services for pay monthly mobile for other options too.

Alternatively, please call Customer Service on 150 from your mobile where a guide will be able to go through the bill details and charges with you, including adding any restrictions if needed.

Hope this helps!

Why, is it more than you signed up for?

You can't downgrade to a cheaper plan mid-term, but only in your upgrade window from 30 days before end of term.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

No one on the community is going to be able to help with your bill breakdown but as @XRaySpeX ask is it over what you signed up for?
If so I would speak to the billing team at EE who would be able to go through it with you but the EE bill normally breaks down the bill by service and are good at showing if you have over ran your account in one area, for instance if you had digital voice on pay as you go and had made a bunch of calls.
