I have received £231 of charges in 1 month to Sony D. EE will not help me and tell me to call the billing company… they cannot do anything about this either. I do not even have a PlayStation. We do not have any text of these charges absolutely nothing at all, what can I do? …. Before they cut me off for rightfully non payment

@steph818 The billing company can do something about this as they have allowed fraud to be committed.

What did Sony advise when you contacted them about the charges?
Could they see these charges have been made using your details?

I have had the same happen to me 3 charges on my mobile account I do not have a PlayStation and not had no response from sony email ee provided or telephone number.

You would need to contact Sony direct for these charges to be looked into, as we have no access here on the EE Community to see what was purchased.

I have been charged by you for 4 x £39.99 B Sony on my EE phone bill for App Store purchases, All within 1 minute of each other. I have not purchased anything from Sony, I do not own a playstation, I do not have a Sony account.
After Speaking with EE I have tried to call the number 0203 5382 665 which is listed as the customer service number on my phone bill for the purchase but it says it is closed - it is never open so impossible to speak with anyone.
My phone provider EE say they cannot refund, I need to speak with Sony. I asked EE how they know to charge me for this, they say it has been authorised on my phone, I know this is not true, I ask them if they provide proof of who, when and how the authorisation occurred at which point they have no answer.
When I search this problem there seems to be lots of people with the same issue, and no ability to contact Sony. Going around in circles.

The live chat is of no use, you need a playstation account, which I don't have, I spoke with an EE customer service person, she also gave me a number to call, this number 0845 6000124 - does not work
