Change from EE One but account no updating

I have changed broadband provider so I am now out of my EE one deal. I am trying to upgrade my contract for the 3 phones on my account but my account still showing only EE one deals. Phoned 150 but apparently unable to help. Any advice how I can see other deals? Thanks

To get this looked into, I would advise getting back in touch with our mobile guides and they can open a support ticket if one has not already been opened to get the EE One removed for you. If a ticket has already been opened, the team can provide an update 🙂

Welcome to the community.

If you've moved your broadband away from EE, the EE One benefits should have been removed from your account. When you spoke to us on 150, did they confirm that the EE One benefits aren't on your account anymore?

Yes they confirmed but they are still showing on my online account. When I am trying to get a new sim only deal for one of the numbers on my account, the only deals I can get are EE one deals
