Hi! Apparently I owe a £16.55 flex bill. I’ve spent all day trying to pay the ‘overdue payment’ and have paid EE £83.70 in the process today. However it’s still saying that my payment is overdue however it’s not and you’ve taken more than what my bill is.
Can someone clarify what’s going on with my account? I have a stutter and prefer to email rather than phone directly as my speech is made worse on the phone. Please help.

To make a flex pay payment you would need to contact our mobile guides on 150, they will be more than happy to help.
Or, if you log into your EE app and select the Help option a chat option will show when available.

Hi I'm having same problem I gave a learning disability and aurtisum and other complex needs my bill says I'm own over £135 I payed it twice but when I called the EE team thef told me it was payed and the app they on case to the app teck team about sorry speling not good hope that helps

If you text BILL to 150, can you see the correct bill and payment information?
