I received this message saying that they have cancelled my order even though I received an email saying it had gone through and have had no email confirming.is it a scam ?

That is a legitimate text from EE, informing you that your order has been cancelled and that you can replace a new one if you'd like.

FYI, be careful when posting screenshots to this public forum. Consider concealing order numbers and other identifiable information in case someone were to see it and use the information to compromise your accounts or otherwise try to scam you.

If you want to find out why your order has been cancelled, I would suggest getting in touch with EE Customer Services on 150.

@Paul12388 : Looks pukka! Your payment is likely to be pending at your bank & will be removed within 10 working days, as it says, when EE do not apply for it.
