Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

just called them and they said the order has gone through but the wait time is 28 days even though i ordered it when it said dispatched with 21 days...

Fun thing I contacted EE today cause I hadn’t heard anything after pre ordering on release within 10 minutes only to hear “your order didn’t go through we have to order it again”  so let’s just see how long it’s gonna be before delivery as the system messed up

has anyone got any update about the iPhone 16 pro max 1TB dessert titanium, any dpd notification or update on order tracker for this model?

Doesn't anyone know how frequently they get stock in, so if you're not getting it tomorrow as looks for me as haven't received any new yet. How often are they getting more in to get the next load of orders out?

It’s obvious that the sales guys and gals don’t have any idea when the orders will be shipped.

It would be nice if they could just say that rather than speculate and give everyone different answers. Looking at the thread so far and from my own conversation with them today it seems they just grab launch day, 21 days, 28 days or whatever out of thin air to get you off the line.

I was told 28 days when I called and when I insisted that at the time I ordered mine it said launch day, the advisor just changed the tune and said that I would have it tomorrow. Which I doubt as I’ve not got any DPD notification at all yet.

Yep I phoned them today for no sense out of them then I got a phone call about adding another line to my account and I said ah before I continue can you tell me when my iPhone is coming? Yeah will be there for release. Course it will 😂😂 don’t worry about that additional line 👋

Ordered mine launch day and was told it was definitely for release day. Not heard a thing still, even rang them earlier and was told it is down for launch day on the system, but as I’ve still not had any notification for delivery, I’m assuming it won’t be coming tomorrow. If that’s the case EE will be getting another complaint tomorrow! They did the same to me last year and had to wait weeks

Same as me phoned today said it was coming tomorrow had no notifications from dpd or anything from EE either

Wish I came to this forum sooner. I’ve not heard anything only confirmation email. I ordered at 13:30 online pre order day. Sat here waiting for my dpd text. Nothing. I called them up. “Ohh sorry for some strange reason your order didn’t get processed. We can order it here now. But will be 28 days” W*****s.

They told me it still be tomorrow and I laughed there ain’t no way. We shall see
