Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

They just said it wasnt processed properly but that just sounds like excuses when I clearly had an order number completed by 13:07. Now despite being one of the first to order I need to wait weeks for a new phone. So frustrating.

Upto 10:30pm I believe iv already had a email from EE to say its on its way but nothing from DPD

Put in my order on the 13th - first time I received no confirmation, which I thought was weird, so I tried again the next day and received a confirmation email. Spoke to an advisor yesterday who told me there was no order on the system...
I had to put in an upgrade request AGAIN over the phone. At this point it's going to take weeks.
EE really need to work on their online upgrade system, as it's clearly not working as intended!

I’ve also place order 13:08 Apple direct and expected from 25th-30th, not expecting anything to start moving till Tuesday

That means your order didn't go through. Same issue as many other posters, including myself.
Give them a call and upgrade over the phone.

I called them today and they sent it went through..... great experiance
