Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Ordered on the 13th at 1308 Received my DPD text at 1405 today. Fingers crossed delivery date is tomorrow🤞🏻

ah i ordered yesterday however there was an error, had to phone and confirm the details, got my order number but no dpd text. not looking good

What happened??
The email is saying my order is with DPD.
Just waiting for text from DPD-delivery in store

It would be extremely unusual to have a DPD text and it not be out next day, from experience.

the latest email I've got is from ee support saying my order has been confirmed with my order number.

That’s all I’ve got too. I ordered mine on the 14th, so I don’t think I’m going to be one of the lucky ones that get it on release day.

I did this morning all they said this:
Please be rest assured the order is all updated for new handset iPhone 16 Pro Max .
The deliveries for the pre order will be started after 20th September , on first come, first serve basis. It will surely be sent for you as per availability after 20th September . And you will get email for tracking detail before the 24 hours of delivery .

Yes I got an order number when I ordered on the 13th stating to expect the phone on dispatch day. Phoned up and order wasn’t processed. So annoyed as I have arranged to sell my 13pro this weekend but will now have to delay this until I get the “new order” sorted.

Annoyingly my new plan has gone live but I have no text to enable my Apple one subscription.
BUT
they have removed all my perks from my old full works plan already so I have no music or TNT Sports for this evening now! 😭

Hi,
I upgraded two lines on the 13th at around 2pm. Didn’t get any order numbers by email (although I never do). Was expecting a DPD text today but nothing.
Called up to get the order numbers and get two numbers starting with ORD-xxxxxxxxx none of which seems to be trackable anywhere on the EE site.
Does anyone know where I can track those?
And does anyone know where the web that option has gone these days?
