Upgrade an tracking

Placed an order over a week ago for a upgrade not heard anything and Carnt log into tracking it says I’m not on pay monthly but I am money has gone out my account pretty **bleep** poor to be fair 

pay upfront

if i placed an order for an upgrade and didn’t choose to pay upfront but changed my mind after the order is placed can i still pay the upfront cost ?

Nintendo Switch OLED Ordered no delivery update

I ordered a Nintendo Switch OLED on the 17/11, the game pass and video pass was added immediately but I've heard nothing since.Order doesnt even appear on my account.Any ideas what's going on?(Pay monthly customer and bought on monthly)
