Hi
I ordered a z fold 6 on Sunday, got the order confirmation and the xko number but when I go to track it says there's no order related to the tracking number. I chose to get it delivered to my EE store. Am I being too impatient?

I’m having this same issue, I ordered an IPhone 14 on Sunday and my order number also doesn’t work just keeps saying the order number is wrong but I copied and pasted from the email!
I too thought I was being inpatient until I seen this 😊

If tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
I suggest you download the DPD app as well.
