I am trying to assist a friend with placing an order for a sim only deal that takes advantage of my Friends and Family discount however, the codes are not being accepted.
When attempting to place the order and add the code to the "Got a promo code?" box, I get the following error:
Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided.
I have double checked the code and confirmed it is correct.
I have tried issuing a different code but had the same issue there.
We have tried placing the order through different browsers/computers and the code is still not accepted.
On the email for the code, it specifies it can be used on 24 month handset and sim-only plans as long as there are no other discounts present.
We are attempting to place an order for a new "Full Works" Unlimited sim-only (normally £43 per month).
I have tried to email the colleague products team but have not had any response. Please assist if possible!

Are you connected to a VPN when you're trying to do it? Is it a Flex Pay plan that you've chosen?

Please ask the person who gave you the discount code to report the error code you're seeing via their friends and family intranet site.

Would also like some help with this had so many phone calls about this and spoke on online chat people can’t help, and say the 50% discount is a mistake and should only be 30% . Seem to be getting nowhere with this.

I'm sorry to hear that. I recommend following @James_B's advice and ask the person who gave you the discount code to report the error code you're seeing via their friends and family intranet site.

Hi.....exactly same issue with an FandF code. I received the same error message after many attempts, also following the advice given in this thread.
I noticed that an additional error message was on the screen momentarily before a new page appeared after deleting the SIMO plan from my basket, so I clicked back on the browser and the message "Sorry further discounts are not available with trade-in - please select a non- trade in plan if you wish to apply this discount" (see attachment). This is definitely an error with the online system as I am only selecting a SIMO plan.
I believe this is the issue that we are all experiencing with the discount codes we are trying to use. Any advice please?
