Friends and Family 50% Discount Code Not Working

I am trying to assist a friend with placing an order for a sim only deal that takes advantage of my Friends and Family discount however, the codes are not being accepted.

When attempting to place the order and add the code to the "Got a promo code?" box, I get the following error:

Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided.

I have double checked the code and confirmed it is correct.

I have tried issuing a different code but had the same issue there.

We have tried placing the order through different browsers/computers and the code is still not accepted.

On the email for the code, it specifies it can be used on 24 month handset and sim-only plans as long as there are no other discounts present.

We are attempting to place an order for a new "Full Works" Unlimited sim-only (normally £43 per month).

I have tried to email the colleague products team but have not had any response.  Please assist if possible!

Update to my post above. I tried again using a Brave browser and it worked for me. Not sure if the techs have resolved the website issue or not?

Hi EE community support team,

We have been having the same issue today with my friend who I have given a code to, in all honest it very frustrating having tried all recommendations on here and other forum post and we are still getting the error message. He has also contacted customer support and they have told him he can only use the code provided online.

But like so many others he cannot.

I am having the same issue trying to input the code into the promo code section and I am getting the error 'Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided.'

I have followed all the steps suggested, no vpn, different laptop, browser and EE app.

It doesn't look like anything works and there isn't a solution on any of the similar community posts.

I’ve tried both. The plan is not discounted. I’ve tried everything, I’ve read several posts with the same errors and followed all advised provided by your team on these posts and there is still no resolution

I recommend asking the EE Employee who supplied the code to contact our discounts team internally. They will be able to look into this for them.
