Friends and family discount code - not working

Hello

I'm getting the error that the code entered is not applicable with data plan despite the data plan having no discount already applied to it. Please can you help? This is the an iphone and the EE unlimited all rounder data plan.

@Isobel27    can you provide a link to it ?   Just copy and paste from the webpage header on here    There’s lots of different iPhones.
