50% Friends and Family

What's going on with 50% Friends and Family discount codes, no simo online that accept code, generated code, tried different browsers, online, via app and also not copy and paste still always says can't add to current plan as plan already discounted, are we now expected to pay same price as a normal customer?

As you have said only one discount applies and your discount will not apply to any tariffs or deals already discounted.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

So basically we can't get any discount on any simo plans, seems a bit pointless being able to have a friends and family 50% discount code?

Why have a friends and family code generator when we can buy any simo with discount?

Is this on an Upgrade or a new plan?

On an Upgrade you should be able to use your discount on the 25GB Essentials SIM at £25, Unlimited No Frills at £27, Unlimited Essentials at £32, Essentials Plus at £36, All Rounder at £42, or Full Works at £48.

You just can't use it on any of the Time Limited Offers or Promotions.

It's on an upgrade, wont work on any of those plans, ideally want unlimited essentials at £32 with the discount, every single one of those plans say can't use code as plan is already on offer.

So basically as every plan is on offer there is not one simo plan you can use the discount code on, making the 50% discount code useless, seems pointless in having a 50% code as no plans accept it, making the plan price same as what a normal customer would get, why have a friends and family 50% code when we can't use it on anything?

I personally was able to use mine on an Upgrade to the Full Works plan at £48 to get it for £24 some time ago, so it should definitely work on those Core plans that I have mentioned above.

Are there any other discounts showing up such as Multi-Line Discount or anything else in your basket?

@Ngolio1980 , You can only have one discount, so if you already have one, you would have to cancel that one and then apply the 50% discount. I would suggest speaking to customer service and they should be able to sort this out for you.

I get exactly the same, nothing works on any simo either, tried different browsers,  different devices, code entered manually.

I have another thread on here, there's definitely an issue with friends and family codes.
