I just did a sim contract with EE and I just been activated today. But to my surprise they send a bill of £77 to me that £50 balance brought forward, and £27 contract fees

yes thay charge u a month up front when u sign up for a contract so that's why hope that helps

@teehixcoleuk   Sounds like you’ve paid the deposit to have roaming enabled on your account. This deposit is a refundable deposit and you can call customer services to requested back. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
