Billing Date and Price

So I recently started my EE contract and have already noticed that the bill is higher than they told me it would be, and is due to be paid a lot sooner than I anticipated, is this normal or is this a mistake on EE's side?

To stop transaction from my bill

Hi I have been charged £11.45 plus VAT on a recent invoice and cant find a reason why I've not had any new equipment and/or contract and no explanatory note on the invoice. Has anyone else had this and know why?
