I have 30% Friends and Family discount on my current plan. I'm looking to upgrade and it states my discount will be applied at the checkout. When I go to the checkout, it has changed the discount to be 50% off airtime only. Has the F&F changed?

Family and Friends has indeed changed and is now 50% off SIM Only or Flex Pay Airtime. (if you are eligible for device finance)

If you are not eligible for Flex Pay but want to take a device, then the discount will be 30% off the traditional 'combined price' 24 month Device Plans.

These older style of plans can only be taken by customers who do not qualify for Flex Pay.

Bear in mind that Friends and Family, like other discounts, can not be used on top of any other promotions or on Limited Time Offers.
