Hello,
I had enough money in my account to pay my bill and it shows that it was taken out. However, it shows that it was ‘refunded’ and I don’t understand why.
I’ve now had a text from EE saying that my auto payment failed when it seems it was through no fault of my own.
any help appreciated:)
