EE perk account deactivated

Hi

I am having issue when trying to perform my upgrade. Registered for perks and didn’t complete verification in time and now saying account deactivated, won’t let me reset password or set up new account as saying I already have one. 
Please help

I am having the same problem with account being deactivated but won’t allow me to create a new one as it’s already being used.

help would be appreciated!

I tried to claim a perk from my account and unable to stating I don’t have an account but I do? 

I appear to be having the same issue as others…

 

Could you send me a message please and start the process of removing my account so I can re register?  Thanks 🙂

I have the same problem too, I cannot access community emails on here either.  There is no envelope icon on my account is there a way to resolve this please?
