Hi,
Does anyone know how I can obtain a copy of my final bill with EE?
As soon as my contract ended and switched to PAYG with them, my online account with EE was also deactivated and I couldn't have access anymore.
I left EE after a month of being PAYG and signed with another provider, but before leaving all of the EE advisors I called back then were not sure why this happened and how I could get a copy.
Now I still need a copy of my final bill statement and apparently, I cannot contact them anymore on the phone or via email.
Any ideas on how I can get it?

To discuss getting a copy of the final bill, please call us on 0800 956 6000. As you are no longer with EE please select new/joining EE and this will transfer you to a guide without an EE number being needed.
