I recently left EE and now can't access any of my old bills. I was told when I said I was leaving I would be sent a final statement but I never received this, so logged on to try and download the old bills but I can't access billing anymore.
Anyway around this so I can get hold of these? Seems ridiculous as all of my information is still stored in that account but none of the useful stuff.

Welcome to the community,
I would suggest ringing customer service, they should be able to send out your final bill to you and if you want any old ones, you may have to pay to receive them by post.
Your account has been closed, since you left EE and that is why you cannot access them, as you would no longer be able to log into your account.
