Hi so I ordered the above tv on 28/november. I called EE several times-Samsung and AIT to get an update on delivery but nothing from either it’s been more than the 3-5 days I was advised so what can I do to get an update on this or complain as no help from anyone on the status of my order

What did your order number begin with? Did it begin with XKO or EE?

It starts with EE. When I called the courier AIT they said they can’t find me on the system with my details so they have not been given the order yet. I called Samsung and they wanted a UT number or something otherwise they can’t find it

I've ordered a TV last night and its not a positive experience as I can only get it delivered to my home address yet I have previously had phones delivered to work. I expect parcel force to turn up but I know I will not be at home. Trying to talk to electronic sales team is impossible and I cannot resolve. So I have a TV being delivered to an empty house ! so no TV for me !

Thanks for ordering through the EE Store.
If this is the first electronics order that you have placed, it isn't possible to change the delivery address.
If you've ordered before, you should be able to change the delivery address in your EE Store account.
Hope you manage to get something sorted for receiving the delivery.

Chris, I appreciate your reply and I can only think the delivery option is to stop fraud but after 20+ years being a customer I hope EE know who I am. Still disappointed ☹️
