EE perk account deactivated

Hi

I am having issue when trying to perform my upgrade. Registered for perks and didn’t complete verification in time and now saying account deactivated, won’t let me reset password or set up new account as saying I already have one. 
Please help

Hi @Lesley8706.

I am sorry that this was what you were advised, our team should be sending a webform to our Perk team, as your manager wouldn't be able to do anything with the login access.

As @Katie_B mentioned, the quickest way to get it reset is with our team on 150 so if you wanted to try them again, they'll be able to follow the correct steps.

Alternatively, I can send a request over to them, but it may take longer.

Thanks for coming here. 

The quickest way to get your account reset would be by giving us a call. 

Our customer care team have access to a webform they can send to our EE Perks team.

Hi Katie, is there a specific number to call because I have tried 150 and was told to speak to my manager at work?! When I explained this wouldn’t resolve the matter I was told this was the advice of the tech team which doesn’t fill me with confidence. Thanks Lesley

Hi Michael.

yes please if you could send them the request as I have just spoken to two customer service advisors on 150 who both said they weren’t aware of a web form and this has to be resolved at my place of work so getting nowhere with that.

I have spoken to 150. Not sure how long this will take! Really frustrating.

Did our mobile guides on 150 raise a request to the perk team to remove all details?

Could you also get them to send a request for me too. Mine needs reactivating.

I hate phonecalls as it is and if on 150 no one knoww what to do theres no hope.
