The signal on my PAYE SIM card completely disappeared a while ago and I don't seem to have an option of topping up. I've logged in to my account and I'm getting errors like "your account has been cancelled", or "something went wrong" - does anyone know a way of contacting them to resolve this issue? The EE has never sent me any warnings about the account being deactivated; I'm using it as secondary SIM, so it's not always topped up, but surely there'd be a warning if I needed to top up to prevent losing my number? I'd give them a call, but the SIM card doesn't work anymore... Is there an email, or do I have to drive to the nearest store?

Sounds like your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.
When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
EE provide no email contact.
