Hi
I am having issue when trying to perform my upgrade. Registered for perks and didn’t complete verification in time and now saying account deactivated, won’t let me reset password or set up new account as saying I already have one.

Hello,
Thanks yes i have tried both my work emails (nhs) which have worked at some point but now when i log in after changing password as forgot it says.
Account deactivated.
because of the length of time before activation has lapsed. The account is now deactivated.

If you try to register a new account, does it saying you are already registered?

Yes it does so it wont let me.
Im due upgrade soon and i had a text saying will need new ee perks code see, i cant upgrade until do it as big saving.

Hi Michael, I thought instead of raising a new issue I would ask you to do the same for myself. I followed the steps above contacting 150 with no luck. Are you able to send me a private message to get my account reactivated

It's says my account wasn't registered in time and has been deactivated.

If you're unable to register again, please give our mobile guides a call on 150, and the team can send a request to the perk team to get the original details removed for you 🙂
