Can’t link broadband to account

My account got transferred from BT as a result the old BT email was linked to it that I no longer have access to. After numerous phones calls no luck in getting this Account deactivated, I’ve been told I can do it myself which impossible as I can’t access the account

Do you mean the email address was linked to your EE account so you aren't able to login to the EE app and website?

Have you tried to create an account using another email address?
