How do i activate Game Pass

I have just upgraded my contract and add the Xbox game pass to my contract. I revived the text to complete my activation, I follow the link which takes to a page that says something has gone wrong and I need to refresh, I refresh, I get the same page. How do I resolve this?

The Xbox game pass is already on my EE contract, but needs to be activated or connected to Microsoft, how do I do this, because the link that was sent to me hasn’t worked. Texting gamers pass, tells me I have to pay again.

I'm a gamer myself so totally get how important it is to get this sorted.

 

The link in the SMS should provide simple instructions to obtain vouchers to be redeemed with Microsoft for your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

 

When you open the link what happens?

then underneath says ‘well that didn’t work. Please refresh the page.’

 

refreshing brings up the same message.

If this is for the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, have you tried texting GPU to 150?

I have tried this, the reply was, 'your plan doesn't include gaming unleashed bundle'.

 

when i look at my plan, Xbox game pass ultimate it is shown under removable add-ons.
