I have just upgraded my contract and add the Xbox game pass to my contract. I revived the text to complete my activation, I follow the link which takes to a page that says something has gone wrong and I need to refresh, I refresh, I get the same page. How do I resolve this?

Mine is also having the same issues.
When i text gamers pass or GPU to 150 its links to the data pass.
When i click the link it says technical issues.
please assist.
If i go to customer care, which tab am i selecting

I just activated mine. Go to www.ee.co.uk/xbox and it will link you to the Microsoft website, sign in with your xbox account or create new and then the code for the monthly gamepass will auto fill and you are good to go. EE should of sent you a text message link on their 150 number, so check there too

I just had a bit of a nightmare with this, but I’ve sorted it!
Using Firefox on an iPhone 12, I was constantly hitting loading screens when redirected to the Xbox site.
Instead, I went into Safari, went to ee.co.uk/xbox and followed the prompts from there with no issues.
