Game pass and EE GameCard

I got my Xbox series s on Monday so I just wanted to know when am I going to get my gamepass and the EE GameCard because I can’t use my Xbox without the game pass

Did you purchase your Xbox outright, or as an add-to-plan monthly payment on your EE mobile bill?

I got the  game pass and EE GameCard with the Xbox just need to wait for it but apparently I need to wait 14days for it
