I have just upgraded my contract and add the Xbox game pass to my contract. I revived the text to complete my activation, I follow the link which takes to a page that says something has gone wrong and I need to refresh, I refresh, I get the same page. How do I resolve this?

I’m have the same problem I follow the link and it says “we are experiencing technical problems right now, try again later”
doing my head in. Spoke to Maija for tech support today and she couldn’t help me. As you can’t access the “activate” button from the homepage??
