Hi. I have both EE mobile and Broadband and I decided to get game pass, however I am trying to activate the add on and it keeps saying technical issues and to try again later, this is the case no matter how long I leave it. I don’t want to start paying £12 a month for something I can’t use.
I have tried logging in and activating on multiple devices and browsers but it’s still the same
can someone please help.

Do you have the Game Pass add-on showing active in your EE account? Or, do you get the error message when trying to activate the add-on?

i get an error message when I am trying to activate, it normally sends me a pin to my phone and when I enter that the error message comes up and says try again later
