Hi,how do you cancel Apple Music after free trial please,as I am getting billed twice for it even though I did send a txt saying Stop Music a month before trial ended.

If you log into your My EE app and select add-ons, does Apple Music show as active? if so, does this have an end date showing?

Hi,thank you for reply..it says I have 5 active add-ons.!!(1st is..£2 per day for EU roaming-FREE)....(2nd is WiFi Coverage Boost-FREE)…(3rd is…Itemised Billing £2.08p-monthly-Excludes VAT)….(4th is…Apple Music Stream Used-FREE)..(5th is..IPhone Visual Voicemail-FREE)..Then under all that it says..GET MORE ADD-ONS…If I click on the Apple Music it says £10.99p monthly and have to click on it to get it-(which I haven’t) if I want it.

This shows the Apple Music is not being charged on your EE account.
Could you check the next bill that is produced and make sure this is not showing?

STOP MUSIC was sent to 150 on Wednesday 9th November 2022 at 09.45am
STOP MUSIC was sent to 150 on Sunday 22nd January 2023 at 09.07am

Is your bill date before the 22nd Feb?
This would normally be removed from the next bill date.

Hi,on my EE account,Bill Date for 23rd January 2023 is..£21.87p
On my EE Account Bill Date for 23rd February 2023 is ..£43.14p(Latest Bill)
