Had my latest bill which had jumped by £10.99 .
The charge is for Apple Music after 6 months free .
I've been on (and still am ) Family sharing since May 2024 which includes music so why still charged?
I've stopped the EE Apple Music now but still subject to a partial month charge.

Thanks for coming to our community.
Any free trial through us would be separate to any subscription with Apple. If you were using a family plan through Apple before, I'm unsure why a free trial would have been activated for you. If you call our customer care team on 150, they will be able to look at this for you.
