How and when do my husband and I get our free buds? We took this contract on 2 x Samsung Galaxy A54 as they come with free buds? I have tried to look on EE and tried Samsung direct. Everything says go to Samsung Claim but not getting anywhere to claim them? This is made extremely difficult, why do they not just get posted with the phone when I have already taken out an agreed contract? Please can someone navigate us to the exact location of this claim. Has anyone been successful? I will cancel the contract as only 2 days in and phones not set up if this is not rectified as don't like to be fooled with fake or tricky offers.
Any advise is appreciated. 🙂

You don't have to do anything, the free Samsung Galaxy Buds2 will be sent to the address 15-30 days after you purchase your phone.
Eligibility: 'Free with any purchase of the new Samsung A54 & A34 handset range, excluding Good as New devices'. So you shouldn't worry about that.
