Hi,

I’ve been charged for Apple Music this month, and it is free for 6 months and runs out tomorrow, so I’ve cancelled the subscription today, is there a reason for the extra charge on my last bill?

@Clonk  Are you 100% certain you’ve cancelled this within the 6 month free period?  You wouldn’t be charged otherwise.

If you log into the EE app and look at your add-ons, do you have the free Apple Music add-on showing?

@Garglon  As you’ve jump in to someone else’s post all that can be said is you’ve been charged the correct amount for Apple Music.
